中間繼電器在線路中的作用
在(zai)工(gong)業(ye)控(kong)製(zhi)線(xian)路(lu)和(he)現(xian)在(zai)的(de)家(jia)用(yong)電(dian)器(qi)控(kong)製(zhi)線(xian)路(lu)中(zhong),常(chang)常(chang)會(hui)有(you)中(zhong)間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai),對(dui)於(yu)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)線(xian)路(lu),中(zhong)間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)有(you)所(suo)不(bu)同(tong),其(qi)在(zai)線(xian)路(lu)中(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)幾(ji)種(zhong)。
a.代替小型接觸器

b.增加接點數量
這是中間繼電器最常見的用法。在電路控製係統中一個接觸器的接點A需要控製多個接觸器或其他元件時(圖中接點A需要控製一個接觸器,兩個指示燈),一般不接成圖1a的形式,因為這樣不利於維修(有時一個接點容量也不夠),而是在線路中增加一個中間繼電器,不僅不會改變控製形式,而且便於維修。
c.增加接點容量

d.轉換接點類型

e.用作開關
zaiyixiekongzhixianluzhong,yixiedianqiyuanjiandetongduanchangchangshiyongzhongjianjidianqi,yongqijiediandekaibilaikongzhi。rucaidianhuoxianshiqizhongchangjiandezidongxiaocidianlu,sanjiguankongzhizhongjianjidianqidetongduan,congerdadaokongzhixiaocixianquantongduandezuoyong。
f.轉換電壓
在工業控製線路控製線路中電壓是DC24V。接觸器KM2需控製電磁閥KT的通斷,而電磁閥的線圈電壓是AC220V。如(ru)果(guo)按(an)照(zhao)電(dian)路(lu),將(jiang)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)的(de)線(xian)圈(quan)直(zhi)接(jie)與(yu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)的(de)接(jie)點(dian)相(xiang)接(jie),在(zai)原(yuan)理(li)上(shang)不(bu)是(shi)不(bu)可(ke)以(yi),但(dan)考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)維(wei)修(xiu)習(xi)慣(guan)和(he)使(shi)用(yong)安(an)全(quan)問(wen)題(ti)。應(ying)該(gai)在(zai)另(ling)一(yi)個(ge)地(di)方(fang)安(an)裝(zhuang)一(yi)個(ge)中(zhong)間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi),通(tong)過(guo)中(zhong)間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)來(lai)控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)。這(zhe)樣(yang)做(zuo)可(ke)以(yi)將(jiang)直(zhi)流(liu)與(yu)交(jiao)流(liu)、高壓與低壓分開.便於以後的維修並有利於安全使用。
g.消除電路中的幹擾
在工業控製或計算機控製線路中,雖然有各種各樣的幹擾抑製措施,但幹擾現象還是或多或少地存在著。PLC的輸入點10.1由於存在線路耦合現象,線路中存在有很小的感應電流,而PLC輸入所需電流也很小,當感應電流大於PLC輸入所需電流時,就會使PLC的控製出現誤動作。也就是說此時雖然沒有操作按鈕SB。但PLC也ye會hui輸shu出chu相xiang應ying的de動dong作zuo。這zhe時shi可ke以yi在zai控kong製zhi線xian路lu中zhong串chuan聯lian一yi個ge小xiao型xing中zhong間jian繼ji電dian器qi,相xiang應ying的de控kong製zhi線xian路lu改gai為wei所suo示shi。一yi般ban的de感gan應ying電dian流liu不bu會hui引yin起qi中zhong間jian繼ji電dian器qi的de動dong作zuo,隻zhi有you當dang原yuan來lai10.1線路中按鈕操作時才會使得中間繼電器動作,給PLC一個正常的輸入信號,這樣就達到了消除幹擾的目的。
