數(shu)控(kong)車(che)床(chuang)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)臥(wo)式(shi)和(he)立(li)式(shi)兩(liang)大(da)類(lei)。臥(wo)式(shi)車(che)床(chuang)又(you)有(you)水(shui)平(ping)導(dao)軌(gui)和(he)傾(qing)斜(xie)導(dao)軌(gui)兩(liang)種(zhong)。檔(dang)次(ci)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)數(shu)控(kong)臥(wo)車(che)一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)采(cai)用(yong)傾(qing)斜(xie)導(dao)軌(gui)。按(an)刀(dao)架(jia)數(shu)量(liang)分(fen)類(lei),又(you)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)單(dan)刀(dao)架(jia)數(shu)控(kong)車(che)床(chuang)和(he)雙(shuang)刀(dao)架(jia)數(shu)控(kong)車(che),前(qian)者(zhe)是(shi)兩(liang)坐(zuo)標(biao)控(kong)製(zhi),後(hou)者(zhe)是(shi)4坐標控製。雙刀架臥車多數采用傾斜導軌。數控車床與普通車床一樣,也是用來加工零件旋轉表麵的。一般能夠自動完成外圓柱麵、圓錐麵、qiumianyijiluowendejiagong,hainengjiagongyixiefuzadehuizhuanmian,rushuangqumiandeng。chechuangheputongchechuangdegongjiananzhuangfangshijibenxiangtong,weiletigaojiagongxiaolv,shukongchechuangduocaiyongyeya、氣動和電動卡盤。數控車床的外形與普通車床相似,即由床身、主軸箱、刀架、進給係統壓係統、lengqueherunhuaxitongdengbufenzucheng。shukongchechuangdejingeixitongyuputongchechuangyouzhidequbie,chuantongputongchechuangyoujingeixianghejiaohuanchilunjia,ershukongchechuangshizhijieyongsifudianjitongguogunzhusigangqudongliubanhedaojiashixianjingeiyundong,yinerjingeixitongdejiegoudaweijianhua。
